  1. Horizontal scull on back
  2. Feet 1st sculling action for 5m on back
  3. Sculling sequence with partner 30 – 45 secs
  4. Tread water 30 secs
  5. 3 different shaped jumps into deep water
  6. Swim 10m back stroke, front crawl, breaststroke
  7. Swim 10m butterfly
  8. Handstand for 3 secs
  9. Forward somersault, tucked
  10. Demonstrate action for getting help
