  1. Jump in from poolside
  2. Blow bubbles (mouth and nose) rhythmically (3 times)
  3. Regain upright position from back no support
  4. Regain upright position from front no support
  5. Push and glide on front
  6. Push and glide on back
  7. Travel 5m on front (feet off bottom)
  8. Travel 5m on back (feet off bottom)
  9. Rotate front to back, regain upright position
